Welcome to Kelly’s Inkredible Kreations! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide event and party planning services, including but not limited to:

• Birthday parties
• Baby showers
• Themed celebrations

All services are subject to availability and may require a signed service agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

• A deposit of $75 is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event.
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, PayPal, Cash, or Venmo.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• If the Client cancels more than 30 days before the event, only the deposit of $75 is retained.
• If canceled within 15 days of the event, $100 is due.
• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the event.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

• Damages caused by third-party vendors.
• Injuries or accidents occurring during events.
• Customer will be responsible for replacement of large arch and/or rattan chair and stool if damaged during said event.
• Weather-related disruptions.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or insurance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Kelly’s Inkredible Kreations and may not be used without permission.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. 

8. Age Restrictions

All services are provided by individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13 years of age.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
